The standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty is enhanced with an additional 4 years of cover on parts, as outlined above.

Important Small Print

Our guarantee is straightforward, with only a few sensible conditions and exclusions. The warranty does not cover issues arising from:

• Accidents or damage
• Alterations or modifications
• Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions
• Misuse or improper handling
• Failure to follow installation, operation, cleaning, or maintenance instructions
• Use in non-domestic or commercial environments
• Normal wear and tear
  

Product Exclusions

• Normal fading of fabrics, dyes, or materials over time

This guarantee replaces all other warranties, liabilities, or obligations. PM Blinds will not be responsible for incidental, consequential, direct, or indirect damages, costs, or losses. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
